the location is excellent with restaurants and bars nearby. the hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. 3. the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. 4. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Family room was well-equipped. The hotel was in the very central setting in the center. In the evening we visited Lost Pub it was nearby.

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a shopping area, not far from taksim so great location, cozy cafes and bars and all the day and night life. The location was unbeatable and magnificent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Found Zencefil extremely close to the property where we had supper.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff were really polite and friendly during our stay. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the main square and other attractions. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather.

On the downside, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bed sheets were dusty and stained. We had to ask multiple times for the sheets to be changed, but they were still not clean.

The location here was super central - right in the middle of everything! Plus, everyone was so friendly and nice. 😊

I recently stayed at a great hotel in the center of Istanbul. The location was excellent, close to Taksim square, public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, with a fridge and TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, organizing taxis, providing an Istanbul Card for public transport, and even sending my forgotten glasses back to my country. I want to give a shoutout to Asad for his exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and amazing staff.
